Online Class Instructions and Guidelines

1. Class Platform
- All online classes are conducted via Zoom.
- All physical classes are conducted on Next Era Courses Academy located at Zarrar Shaheed Road, Lahore.
- A Zoom ID and password will be provided to enrolled students after completing the course registration.
2. Access to Classes
- Only enrolled students are allowed to join the classes.
- Please do not share the Zoom credentials with others. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
- Class/lesson recording from screen is not allowed.
3. Class Timing
- Join the Zoom session 5 minutes before the scheduled start time to avoid disruptions.
- Late entries may not be entertained, depending on the instructor’s discretion.
4. Technical Requirements
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection to avoid interruptions.
- Install the Zoom application on your device and test it beforehand to familiarize yourself with its features.
5. Discipline and General Etiquettes
Dress Code: Please wear appropriate attire, as your video may be visible to the instructor and other participants.
Muting: Keep your microphone on mute unless you are speaking to reduce background noise.
Participation: Be attentive and participate actively during discussions or activities.
Chat Box: Use the chat box only for class-related questions and discussions.
Respect: Treat the instructor and fellow students with respect at all times. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
6. Class Materials
Class materials (e.g., slides, recordings) will be shared through the course portal or email. Do not distribute these materials without permission.
7. Attendance
Regular attendance is crucial for understanding the course content. Inform the instructor in advance if you are unable to attend a class.
8. Privacy Policy
Respect everyone’s privacy. Do not record or take screenshots of the session without prior consent.
