Payment and Refund Policy for NexteraCourses.com
We value transparency and clarity when it comes to payment and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making any transactions to nexteracourses.com.
1. Fee Structure
- Registration Fee: 1,000 PKR (non-refundable).
- Tuition Fee: 7,000 PKR (subject to refund terms outlined below).
2. Payment Process
Payments must be made exclusively to our undermentiond Easypaisa account.
- Account Type: Easypaisa (Telenor Microfinance Bank)

After making the payment, students must share a screenshot of the transaction with us via:
- Email (contact@nexteracourses.com), or
- WhatsApp (+92-333-3874211).
Important Note: Payments made to any other person or account not listed on our website will NOT be accepted or considered valid. NexteraCourses.com will not be held responsible for such transactions.
3. Refund Policy
Our refund policy applies only to the tuition fee and is subject to the following terms:
Non-Refundable Fees:
The registration fee (1,000 PKR) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refundable Fees:
80% Refund of Tuition Fee: If the student decides to withdraw after attending one or two classes, they are eligible for an 80% refund of the tuition fee.
No Refund:
If the student has attended three or more classes, they are no longer eligible for any refund.
Refund requests will also not be entertained for students who fail to provide proper transaction proof or follow the prescribed withdrawal process.
Refund Process:
Refund requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp, including:
The payment screenshot, and
A written explanation for the withdrawal.
Refunds will be processed within 05 working days from the date of approval.
4. Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is mandatory for successful course completion.
E-Certificate Eligibility: Students must maintain a consistent attendance record to qualify for the course e-certificate:
Five or More Absences: If a student fails to attend five or more classes in a one-month course, he will not be eligible to receive an e-certificate, regardless of their participation in other sessions.
